So, I just realized I haven't updated this since there was 6 days to go until expo! Neglect, right? Well, expo was amazing, got pretty bruised during Red Rover, got tons of pictures taken of me as iPod girl (about 40 of them were with one groups of guys who wanted about 10 pictures with me. Each) and managed to catch the expo plague. But enough of that, everyones already summarized their expo experiences so i'm not going to dawdle.

On to the cosplay!

For EarlGreyFTW's birthday we all went to London for Saturday and one of my gifts was to get us on the TokyoToys website/facebook. Mission:accomplished. After doing my iPod cosplay for expo and seeing how easy it can be to pull off, I made about 6 or 7 of the masks and had everyone bring black and white clothes to her house. We got all dressed up in black and white, took a few pics and scared lots of commuters on the way there. We got to Tokyo Toys and immediately had a few photos with Hideki. Then feeling a bit bored we pretended to be mannequins outside and occasionally do the robot to freak passers by. We got out of cosplay and spent the rest of the day nomming in wagamama's, messing around the arcade and eventually raiding cybercandy where i managed to get a PUSH POP!!!!!! I KNOW RIGHT?!

But, upcoming cosplays already need to be decided! For the cosplay ball I'm once again doing iPod, but i'll be wearing a black Vivienne Westwood dress (which I finally have an excuse to wear), Stilettos and fancy black hat with white gloves. So i'll be ball room iPod!

Then we have the Christmas Meet, and guess what? ITS IPOD! (possibly...) It's either going to be iPod, but with a black Mrs Santa dress with white fur, or Festive Naruto, due to the fact that when my hair is spiked I look freakishly like him.

For Kita-Con i'll either be doing Suigestu as Kathryn and Zombie are cosplaying as Sasuke and Karin so I may join and make the team cosplete-ish, or as iPod because I just really love that cosplay. Possibly something else but thats a secret no one can know. ^^

Then, unless I end up going to any other cons, we have May Expo 2010! Of course, for the first day I will be part of LeadersCosplay's group cosplay which has FINALLY been decided. We were originally planning on doing a 300 cosplay but we changed our minds due to the fact our group has three girls. Then we had about 8 other ideas until we finally found something we could all do, thing is we now all have to read the manga before expo. Half the group know only the character name and appearance! Still, it should look amazing, with me and Kath looking a bit worse for wear and Rob having to over compensate a bit! And it will be our first cosplay with different outfits, unlike our Naruto and planned Bleach ones.

I wonder though, does anyone else decide their expo cosplays 6 months in advance? I mean it seems an awfully long way away, despite the fact I know I will still be doing it on the week before expo.
